实习期临床医学生心理健康状况的应对方式及个体因素研究

目的探讨实习期临床医学生心理健康状况的应对方式及个体相关因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应对方式问卷、心身压力测试量表(PSTRI)及自设情况问卷对山东省某高校新进入临床医院实习的临床医学生532人进行调查。结果实习期临床医学生的心理问题的检出率为35.59%。有心理问题者解决问题分、求助因子分显著低于心理健康者(P<0.05),而自责、幻想、退避、合理化因子分显著高于心理健康者(P<0.05)。有心理问题者在心理压力、健康状况、师生关系、同学关系、自信心、对心理知识了解程度等方面的构成比显著高于心理健康者(P<0.05)。结论实习期临床医学生心理问题的检出率较高。实习期临床医学生的心理问题与应对方式及个体因素密切相关。

A study on coping methods and individual factors of medical students' psychological status in internship

Objective To study the coping method and individual factors of medical students' psychological status in internship.Methods A total of 532 medical students in internship were assessed with Symptom Checklist-90,Coping Methods Inventory,Psycho Smotic-Tension-Relaxation Inventory(PSTRI) and a self-designed questionnaire.Results The prevalence of psychological problems among all the surveyed students was 35.59%.The solving problems or recourse factor score of Coping Methods Inventory in students with psychological problems was lower than that of students without psychological problems(P<0.05),while the remorse,fantasy,retreat or rationalization factor score in the two groups was on the contrary(P<0.05).The related factors on individual aspects included psychological stress,health status,relationship to teachers,relationship to classmates,self-confidence and psychological knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of psychological problems among medical students in internship is high.Psychological problems among medical students in internship are related to coping method and individual factors.
