2010年全国健康教育机构与媒体合作状况调查

目的了解全国各级健康教育机构与媒体合作开展健康教育健康促进工作的情况。方法以逐级填报调查表的形式调查全国各级健康教育机构与电视台、广播、报社合作栏目、合办节目、开展活动报道及主办网站等情况。结果本次调查共有2717个机构填报了调查表。各级健康教育专业机构共与各级电视台合办栏目2593个，合办栏目总时间81372h，合办节目8265个，活动报道42320次。平均每机构合办栏目总时间和合办节目个数，地市级和省级高于区县级。各级机构共与广播电台合办栏目1273个，合办栏目总时间56899h，合办节目2605个，活动报道15637次。平均每机构合办栏目总时间和合办节目个数，均为省级〉地市级〉区县级，东部、中部〉西部。与各级报社合办栏目2268个，报社对活动报道次数26818次，主办网站数641个，协办固定板块网站数961个。平均每机构对活动报道次数和主办网站数，为省级〉地市级〉区县级，东部、中部〉西部。结论全国各级健康教育机构与网站的合作最少，与各类媒体的合作形式以活动报道居多，有深度的节目少。省级和地市级好于区县级，东部和中部好于西部。

Quo status of cooperation with mass media for health education institutes throughout the country in 2010

Objective To learn the quo status of cooperation with mass media in health education institutes throughout the country. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in health education institutes at all levels throughout the country. The investigating context included the number of joint column, joint program and activities reports with TV, ra- dio and papers and magazine and hosting website etc. Results There were 2717 health education institutes at all levels throughout the country filling in the investigation form. The sum of joint column number, joint column time, joint program number and activities reports number with TV was 2593, 81 372 hours, 8265 and 42 320 respectively. The average of joint column time and joint program number in the provincial institutes and institutes of the prefecture-level city were more than in the district and county level. The sum of joint column number, joint column time, joint program number and activities re- ports number with radio was 1273, 56 899 hours, 2605 and 25 637 respectively. The average of joint column time and joint program number in the provincial institutes was most and that in the institutes of the district and county level was least. Those in institutes of the eastern region and the central region were more than the western region. The sum of joint column number and activities reports number with papers and magazines and hosting websites and joint column number with other websites was 2268, 26 818, 642 and 961 respectively. The average of activities reports number with papers and magazines and hos- ting websites in the provincial institutes was most and that in the institutes of the district and county level was least. Those of the eastern region and the central region were more than the western region. Conclusion The health education institutes at all levels throughout the country cooperated few with websites. Activities reports were the main cooperating methods with TV, radio and papers and magazines. Joint columns with media were least. In general the cooperation status with media for the in- stitutes of province and the prefecture-level city was better than the district and county level. The cooperation status of insti- tutes in the eastern region and the central region was better than those of institutes in the western region.
