某高校大学生艾滋病知识态度行为调查分析

目的 了解大学生的艾滋病知识、态度、行为现状，为学校艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法 对某高校662名大学生通过匿名自填式问卷调查，进行艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为调查。结果 大学生对艾滋病的传播途径、预防等相关知识的知晓率较高，达到81．2％。57．1％的大学生对艾滋病病人持同情态度，9．3％的大学生有过性行为，有性行为的学生中29．5％的人每次使用安全套。结论 大学生已具备一定的预防艾滋病的知识和较为正确的态度。

Survey and analysis of knowledge, attitude and practice related to HIV/AIDS prevention among college students

Objective To describe college students＇ knowledge, attitude and practice （KAP） towards HIV/ AIDS prevention and to provide scientific basis for health education on AIDS prevention among college. Methods 662 students were interviewed with self-administered questionnaire including KAP questions about HIV/AIDS. Results 81.2% of all the students had the knowledge about the route of transmission of HIV/AIDS and its prevention. 57,1% of them showed their sympathy and care towards AIDS patients. 9.3% of the students had sex experience; well only 29.5 % of them used a condom in every sex intercourse. Conclusion Most students had knowledge about AIDS and had fairly attitude towards AIDS patients. Health education on AIDS should focus on not only the improvement on the knowledge and attitude related to HIV/AIDS prevention, hut also the intervention on high risk behaviors so that to help college students protect themselves from HIV infection.
