广西医学院校贫困生心理健康状况调查

目的了解广西医学院校贫困大学生心理健康状况，为在医学院校开展贫困生心理健康教育提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法，对广西医科大学、桂林医学院、柳州医学高等专科学校455名贫困生（男149名，女306名）进行问卷调查，研究工具为症状自评量表（SCL-90）和大学生人格问卷（UPI）。结果医学院校贫困生SCL-90各因子得分均显著高于国内青年组常模（P〈0．01）；除躯体化、敌对因子外，贫困生组SCL-90其他因子得分均显著高于非贫困生组（P〈0．01）；贫困生组UPI一、二类学生检出率明显高于非贫困生组（x^2=14．76，P〈0．01）。结论广西医学院校贫困生的心理健康水平不高，需学校、社会及家庭各方面的共同努力，改善贫困生心理健康状况。

Survey on mental health of impoverished students in Guangxi medical colleges

Objective To understand the mental health of impoverished students in Guangxi medical colleges, and to provide the theoretical basis for conducting mental health education. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select 455 impoverished students （149 males, 306 females） from Guangxi Medical University, Guilin Medical College and Liuzhou Medical College. The Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） and University Personality Inventory （UPI） were used to conduct the survey on mental health. Results The impoverished students had significantly higher scores in all factors of SCL-90 than the average of the domestic young group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and they also had higher scores of SCL-90 in all factors except the somatization and hostility than non-impoverished ones （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Among the impoverished students, the detection rate of UPI in Class A and Class B was higher than that of the non-impoverished ones （ X^2 = 14.76, P 〈 0. 01 ） Conclusion The mental health status of impoverished students in Guangxi medical colleges is not good. Schools, society and families need to work hard together to eventually solve this problem.
