冠心病个体危险度评估模型

目的：建立冠心病个体危险度评估模型，用以预测个体发生冠心病的危险。方法：复习献，确定各种危险因素与冠心病的关系。在此基础上以数学模型方法建立危险分数表，从而形成冠心病的个体危险因素评价模型。结果：建立了不同性别，年龄，行为，疾病，疾病家族史的个体在不同情况下的危险分数表。将表中所列有关分数相加得出组合危险分数，借此预测该个体未来的冠心病发病危险。结论：新建立的冠心病个体危险度评估模型，适用于不同性别，年龄，行为，疾病，疾病家族史的个体。

Objective To establish an individual health risk appraisal model of coronary heart disease so as to predict the risk of coronary heart disease in the future of specific individual Methods Literature was reviewed to identify the relationship between different risk factors and coronary heart disease Method of mathematical model was used to establish a risk score table, thus establishing a model of individual health risk appraisal of coronary heart disease Results An individual health risk appraisal model of coronary heart disease applicable to individuals of different sex, age, health behavior, disease, and family history was established: the related risk scores were added to obtain a combined risk score to predict the individual's risk of coronary heart disease in the future Conclusion The newly established individual health risk appraisal model of coronary heart disease is applicable to individuals of different sex, age, health behavior,disease, and family history
