大连市城乡居民健康知识、行为及相关需求调查

目的了解大连市城乡居民健康知识知晓率、健康行为形成率及健康需求,评价健康教育效果,以合理利用健康教育资源,更好地开展健康教育工作。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样的方法对大连市11个区市县2200人用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果大连市城乡居民健康知识知晓率为58.5%,健康行为形成率为52.8%。健康知识主要来源于大众传媒（电视、广播和报纸、杂志、书籍等）,对健康知识的需求主要为常见病防治、食品与营养卫生、传染病防治及健康生活方式等知识。结论大连市城乡居民健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率有待进一步提高,应依据居民健康需求,充分利用大众媒体的传播作用,促进居民健康知识的提高和健康行为的形成。

Survey on health knowledge,behavior and needs among residents in Dalian

Objective To understand the health knowledge,health behavior and health needs of the residents of city and rural areas in Dalian,and to evaluate health education effects,in order to use health resource rationally for better carrying out health education.Methods A survey was conducted among 2200 residents from 11 districts selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling.Results The rates of health knowledge and health behavior were 58.5% and 52.8% among residents of city and rural areas.Health knowledge main...
