2008--2011年杭州市健康城市建设对居民健康素养的影响

目的了解2008--2011年杭州市健康城市建设背景下人群健康素养变化及特征，为今后干预提供理论依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法对2008年和2011年调查对象3793人和3972人进行问卷调查，应用f检验、方差分析和秩和检验分析数据。结果与2008年相比，2011年健康知识、健康行为和健康技能平均得分均明显上升，健康知识得分从（52．53±10．44）分上升至（64．06±13．43）分，健康技能从（52．63±20．15）分上升至（63．52．4-16．13）分，健康行为从（76．84±12．42）分上升至（78．28±12．22）分。15～24岁和45岁以上人群、男性、无,It,／待业人员以及低文化程度者健康素养偏低。结论杭州市健康城市建设经历第一个三年行动后人群健康素养水平明显提高，不同人群健康素养有明显差异，应对重点人群采取针对性措施予以干预。

Effect of health city project on health literacy among residents of Hangzhou in 2008-2011

Objective To investigate effect of health city project on health literacy among residents of Hangzhou in 2008 -2011, and provide evidence for future intervention. Methods By multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method, 3793 and 3972 residents in 2008 and 2011 respectively were investigated by questionnaires. Variance, rank test and t-test were used for data analysis. Results Compared to 2008, the scores of health knowledge, health skill and health behavior were increased in 2011. The score of health knowledge was increased from （52. 53 ＋ 10. 44） to （64. 06 ＋ 13.43）, score of health skill from （52. 63 ＋ 20. 15 ） to （ 63.52 ＋ 16. 13 ）, score of health behavior from （76. 84 ＋ 12. 42） to （78. 28 ＋ 12. 22）. Those who were aged 15 -24 years old, aged above 45 years old, male, unemployed, poor education, had lower health literacy. Conclusion The health literacy rate of resident was significantly improved after the first three years of health city project implementation. There were differences among different groups and targeted inven- tions should be carried out for high risk people.
