| 摘 要： | 目的开发评价健康素养的综合指数，为健康素养评估提供科学可信的工具。方法利用归一法、熵值法计算主、客观权重，并采用指数法构建健康素养综合指数模型。结果利用40个指标构建了健康素养的4个分指数：知识性健康素养、行为性健康素养、信念性健康素养及功能性健康素养，并进一步建立了健康素养综合指数。结论建立的健康素养综合指数为健康素养的评估提供了科学可信的工具，也填补了国内外健康素养研究的空白。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a health Literacy comprehensive index, provide the credible scientific tool for health literacy assessment. Methods The normalization method and entropy value method were used to calculate the sub- jective weight and objective weight and the index method was used to establish the health literacy comprehensive index mod- el. Results There were 40 items screened which weight were calculated to establish the health literacy comprehensive index including four partial indexes： health knowledge, health behavior, health belief and functional health literacy. Conclu- sion The comprehensive index model is a credible and scientific tool for health literacy assessment and fills in the gaps a- bout theory and technology in this field. |
