依降钙素联合钙剂治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折73例

目的探讨依降钙素联合钙剂和阿法骨化醇治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析本中心2005年11月～2008年3月应用依降钙素联合钙剂和阿法骨化醇治疗73例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者的资料。结果所有病例随访1年，翻身疼痛缓解总有效率为97．06％，起坐痛缓解总有效率为98．57％，负重性疼痛缓解总有效率为95．65％，静息痛缓解总有效率为100％。结论依降钙素结合钙剂和阿法骨化醇治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折患者，能迅速缓解疼痛，疗效维持时间长，改善了患者的生活质量。

Elcatonin combined with calcium treating for 73 cases of aged osteoporosis fracture

Objective To discuss the effect of Elcatonin combined with calcium and Alfacalcidol treating for aged osteoporosis fracture. Method Retrospective analysis on the document of 73 cases of aged osteoporosis fracture patients treated with Elcatonin combined with calcium and Alfacalcidol from November in 2005 to March in 2008. Results All the cases were followed up one year, total effective rate of easement of turning over pain was 97.06% ,of sitting up pain was 98.57%,of weight loading pain was 95.65% and of rest pain was 100%. Conclusion Elcatonin combined with calcium and Alfacalcidol treating for aged osteoporosis fracture can fast relieve pain and its therapeutic effect keep long and this therapeutic regimen can improve the patients＇ life quality.
