| 摘 要： | 目的探讨0.005%溴敌隆毒饵和0.005%溴鼠灵毒饵对朝鲜姬鼠的适口性和药效。方法用0.005%溴敌隆毒饵和0.005%溴鼠灵毒饵对朝鲜姬鼠进行实验室的有选择摄食试验。结果朝鲜姬鼠对溴鼠灵毒饵的摄食系数为2.49,对溴敌隆毒饵的摄食系数为1.01,都达到适口性好的标准。溴鼠灵组受试朝鲜姬鼠3 d时出现死亡,6 d内全部死亡。溴敌隆组受试朝鲜姬鼠5 d时出现死亡,10 d内全部死亡。结论0.005%溴鼠灵毒饵对朝鲜姬鼠的适口性和药效均优于0.005%溴敌隆毒饵。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the palatability and effect of 0.005%bromadiolone bait and 0.005%brodifacoum bait to Apodemus peninsulae.Methods The selective feeding experiment of Apodemus peninsulae was conducted in the laboratory with 0.005%bromadiolone bait and 0.005%brodifacoum bait.Results The feeding coefficient of Apodemus peninsulae was 2.49 to brodifacoum bait,and 1.01 to bromadiolone bait,both showing good palatability.In the brodifacoum group,the first death Apodemus peninsulae took place on the 3rd day after the application,and all the Apodemus peninsulae died within 6 days.In the bromadiolone group,the first death of Apodemus peninsulae was observed on the 5th day,and all Apodemus peninsulae died within 10 days.Conclusion The palatability and effect of 0.005%brodifacoum bait to Apodemus peninsulae are better than 0.005%bromadiolone bait. |
