| 摘 要： | 目的：观察新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）闪光视觉诱发电位的变化。方法：应用美国NICOLET公司的VIKING－Ⅳ－P诱发电位仪对44例不同程度HIE新生儿和20例正常新生儿进行闪光视觉诱发电位（F－VEP）检测。结果：HIE组与对照组比较，主波（P1）异常为缺失或部分缺失，P1波潜伏期明显延长（P＜0．01）。且F－VEP异常程度与HIE的病情明显相关。结论：F－VEP可较灵敏地反映HIE中枢神经功能状态的变化，对HIE新生儿病情监测及预后判断有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | To study the changes of flash visual evoked potentials(F VEP) in newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). F VEP in 44 newborns with HIE, 20 normal newborns were determined with NICOLET VIKING IV model evoked potentials apparatus. Between HIE group and normal group,P 1 had absence or part absence,and PL significant longer of HIE than that in control.F VEP and HIE have closely related. Conclusion] F VEP can show the changes of function of central nervous system and may be of value to the evaluating of the patients' condition and predicting the outcome of the neonates with HIE. |
