2004-2009年区域性推广新生儿窒息新法复苏术的效果评估

目的]推广新生儿窒息新法复苏方法,探讨复苏管理要点,降低新生儿窒息死亡率. 方法]回顾性分析2004-2009年北京市朝阳区21家助产机构推广新法新生儿窒息复苏技术,建立高危儿转诊网络.结果]全区新生儿窒息率由3.40%降低到1.53%,围产儿死亡率由10.22%降低到6.67%;分析三个级别助产机构新生儿窒息率,2009与2008年比较,三级医院、一级和民营医院分别下降了35.64%、37.57%;二级医院上升了2.67%.结论]建立培训基地,定期复训,将新生儿窒息新法复苏技术纳入产科质量管理,行政干预,注重基层医院培训与管理是降低全区新生儿窒息死亡的关键.
