农民工结核病患者治疗依从性相关因素研究与干预对策

目的：探讨农民工结核病患者治疗依从性的相关影响因素与干预对策。方法：采用问卷调查和定期电话随访,对276例农民工结核病患者与228例杭州户籍结核病患者的治疗依从性及其相关因素进行调查分析。结果：农民工结核病患者治疗依从性好者占80.44%;与杭州户籍的职员组及工人组结核病患者比较,农民工结核病患者治疗依从性最差（χ^2=13.70,P〈0.01）;农民工结核病患者的文化程度、结核病知识知晓程度、经济收入越低,治疗依从性越差（χ^2=9.45、23.653、6.867,P〈0.01、P〈0.05）;有空洞患者服药依从性高于无空洞患者（χ^2=20.52,P〈0.01）。结论：要切实保障DOTS管理方案的贯彻实施,必须从影响农民工人群结核病患者治疗依从性相关因素入手,开展针对性的健康教育和干预对策,从而达到提高全社会结核病控制率和治愈率的最终目的。
