摘    要:目的 通过对当前中国中部地区乡村医生教育现状的分析 ,找出培训中存在的问题 ,为政府进一步发展乡村医生教育 ,提高培训效果提供依据。对象 研究的调查对象为中部 4省 (山西省、安徽省、河南省、河北省 )入选的乡村医生。共调查乡村医生 80 0人 ,收回有效问卷 75 5份 ,应答率为 94 .4 %。方法 横断面调查。结果 中部地区乡村医生教育工作取得了很大的发展 ,乡村医生从数量到质量均有较大的提高 ,但现行的培训模式与实际需求的培训模式有着较大的差别 ,质量也有待进一步改善。结论 乡村医生教育处于发展阶段的新时期。对于乡村医生的培训重点应由数量规模型向质量效益型转变 ,应当将提高乡村医生的整体素质作为培训的重点 ,并运用市场规律来实行“以需求为导向”的培训。

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study was to analyses the actuality and questions in the educational and training area for rural doctors in the central region of China, to supply the theory gist for improve the training effect.Subjects The subjects of this study were the rural doctors who were eligible to be sampled from four provinces including Shanxi, Anhui, Henan and Hebei. This study investigated 800 rural doctors and took back 755 effective questionnaires. The response rate is 94.4%.Methods This study carried out cross-sectional study.Results The cross sectional study found out that the rural medicine education had taken prodigious development, and the quantity and quality of the rural doctors had advanced. But, the problems were obvious. The present training pattern deviated from the demand of the rural doctors, and the quality of training should be further improved.Conclusion The rural medicine education is going through the new time in the development period. The training emphases for rural doctors should be changed into the quality-benefit type from the quantity-scale type. It should be the emphasis of training to improve the whole diathesis of the rural doctors. The training, "Based on Demand", should be carried out under the marketing rule.
