| 摘 要： | 医院作为知识型组织,具有实施知识管理与科技创新的良好基础与优势。医院知识管理与科技创新之间存在着密切的联系,知识管理是实施科技创新的根本方法,而科技创新则是知识管理的结果和表现形式,两者共同促进医院“科教兴院”战略目标的实现。医院管理者应积极推进知识管理与科技创新之间的良性互动,以提高医院的核心竞争力,更好地为维护人民群众的身体健康服务。

| Abstract: | Hospitals,which are knowledge-based organizations, have good foundations and advantages of implementing knowledge management and scientific and technological innovation.There are close interrelationships between knowledge management and scientific and technological innovation,the former the ultimate means of the latter while the latter the result and presentation forms of the former,and the two jointly promote the realization of the strategic goal of "prospering the hospital by developing science and education".Hospital managers should take measures to promote the beneficial interaction between the two so as to improve the core competency of hospitals and provide better service for the people. |
