护理预警在护理风险管理中的应用研究

目的：探讨护理预警在护理风险管理中的作用。方法：对实施护理预警管理制度前后护理风险发生情况进行统计，并利用SPSS11．0软件进行检验。结果：实施护理预警制度前护理风险发生率4．14％，实施后1．08％，差异有统计学意义。结论：护理预警制度的建立，对保障病人的生命安全，提高护理人员的风险识别和应对能力，降低或避免护理风险的发生，健全护理风险防范和管理制度等具有重要作用。

Application of early warning to risk management in nursing care

Objective To investigate the effects of early warning on risk management in nursing care.Methods Tncidence rates of nursing risk before and after the adoption of the early warning system in nursing care were compared,and the data was analyzed by SPSS 11.0.Significance was calculated with the chi-square test.Results The incidence rate of nursing risk was 4.14% before adopting early warning system in nursing care,while it was 1.08% after,and the difference was statistically.Conclusions It is important to establish early warning system in nursing care for ensuring the lives of the patients,increasing the recognition of risk and response capacities of the nursing staff,reducing or avoiding the occurrence of nursing risk,and improving the risk prevention system and the risk management system.
