| 摘 要： | 目的:了解慈溪市实施全民食盐加碘(USI)措施后人群碘营养现状。方法:根据《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》中的监测指标,采用重点人群碘营养状况的一次性调查方法,1995-2010年在全市进行抽样监测,检测盐碘、儿童尿碘及儿童甲状腺肿大(甲肿)率。结果:慈溪市碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率分别从1995年的92.1%和46.3%上升至2010年的100.0%和99.0%;触诊法儿童甲肿率从1995年的15.0%下降到2010年的3.9%;尿碘中位数从1995年的82.3μg/L上升到2010年的173.0μg/L。结论:儿童碘营养状况良好,慈溪市已经实现消除碘缺乏病目标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate child nutrition status after a fifteen-year universal salt iodization(USI) in Cixi City.Methods Using the indices stipulated in "The National Project of Surveillance on IDD" iodine nutrition situation was investigated among people.Goiter rate,iodized salt and urine iodine were tested in children aged 8 to 10.Results The rate of qualified iodized salt was elevated from 46.3% in 1995 to 99.0% in 2010.The goiter rate of children aged 8 to 10 was decreased from l5.0% in 1995 to 3.9% in 2010.The level of urine iodine was increased from 82.3μg/L in 1995 to 173.0μg/L in 2010.Conclusion The surveillance shows that the iodine nutrition in children in Cixi City has reached ideal level.The data monitored meet the national standard of eliminating the diseases. |
