宁波市犬伤门诊规范化建设现状调查与分析

目的:了解宁波市各犬伤门诊的规范化建设进程与运行情况,为进一步提高犬伤门诊的规范化水平提供依据。方法:设计统一的调查表,对全市范围内所有犬伤门诊开展现况调查。结果:全市共有97家犬伤门诊,其中71.1%的门诊设置在社区卫生服务中心/乡镇卫生院;77.3%的门诊五大功能分区完整;99.0%的门诊设置伤口冲洗设备,75.3%的门诊采用冷热供水;88.7%的门诊提供24小时服务;81.4%的门诊使用新版"狂犬病疫苗及被动免疫制剂注射知情同意书"。结论:宁波市犬伤门诊的规范化建设情况良好,伤口处理设施较为完善,但也存在就诊路线不合理、人狂犬病免疫球蛋白的接种率较低等问题,要进一步加强犬伤门诊的规范化建设,提高人狂犬病免疫球蛋白的接种率。

Standardization construction of dog-bite injury clinics in Ningbo

Objective To investigate the standardization construction of dog-bite injury clinics in Ningbo,and to provide evidence for improving the service of dog-bite injury clinics.Methods Cross sectional surveys were carried out for all dog-bite injury clinics in Ningbo,using the standardized questionnaires.The dataset was established using EpiData 3.02 and analyzed with SPSS 18.0.Results Of the 97 dog-bite injury clinics in Ningbo,71.1% were located in community sanitary service centers or township health centers.77.3% had complete functional subareas,99.0% provided wound washing facilities in the consulting room,75.3% installed water heaters,88.7% provided 24-hour services,and 81.4% adopted the new "Informed Consent for Immunization".Conclusion Although the dog-bite injury clinics are well equipped with relevant facilities available to out-patients and run smoothly in Ningbo,the functional partitions are not well designed and poor rabies immunoglobulin vaccination is still a concern.Therefore standardization of dog-bite injury clinics should be further strengthened,so as to improve the rabies immunoglobulin vaccination.
