| Abstract: | This paper firstly discusses the importance of knowledge sharing based on the features of knowledge and the status quo of knowledge management in hospital management and constructs knowledge sharing conceptual model in theory. The paper perfects the research of knowledge sharing in hospital management and offers helpful references for the improvement of service quality and efficiency. |
