2011年宁海县恶性肿瘤发病情况分析

目的：通过分析掌握宁海县恶性肿瘤的发病现状。方法：采用描述性流行病学方法，描述分析2011年《浙江省慢性病监测信息管理系统》中恶性肿瘤报告资料。结果：2011年宁海县恶性肿瘤发病率为263．33／10万，主要以肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、肠癌、乳腺癌为主，男性发病率为299．15／10，女性发病率为224．73／10万，男性是女性发病率的1．33倍，恶性肿瘤发病的主要人群集中于50～80岁年龄组，恶性肿瘤标化率以城区为最高，海洋养殖地区最低。结论：宁海县恶性肿瘤发病处于浙江省中等水平，需要做好重点癌症的防治，特别是中老年人群肿瘤早诊早治尤为重要，对于男性防治应重在戒烟限酒、减少职业危害暴露，对于女性的防治应重在开展妇女保健及妇科检查。城区标化率最高，提示防治中健康促进工作的必要性。

Malignant tumor incidence in Ninghai county of Zhejiang province in 2011

Objective To know about morbidity of malignant tumor in Ninghai county of Zhejiang province by analyzing the data. Methods The report cards of malignant tumor from Zhe]iang Provincial Surveillance Information Management System for Chronic Disease in 2011 were analyzed. Results The morbidity of malignant tumor was 263. 33/ 100000. Lung cancer; gastric carcinoma, liver cancer, intestines cancer and breast cancer were the major malignant tumors. Male morbidity was 299.15/100 O00,while female morbidity was 299.15/100 000. The incidence of male was 1.25 times higher than that of female,and mainly in groups aged 50 to 80. The morbidity of malignant tumor in city subdivision was the highest and that of marine aquaculture areas was the lowest. Conclusions The incidence of malignant tumor in Ninghai County is in the middle level in Zhejiang province. The priority cancer should be prevented and treated. Especially in the elderly population, early detection and treatment of tumor is important. Prevention among male adults should focus on giving up smoking, limiting alcohol drinking and reducing occupational hazards exposure. Preven- tion among female adults should focus on health protection and gynecological examination. The morbidity of malignant tumor in city subdivision is the highest,which suggests the necessity of health promotion.
