2006—2010年宁波市女性乳腺癌发病死亡率趋势分析

目的：分析宁波市女性居民乳腺癌发病、死亡率及其发展趋势，为开展乳腺癌预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法：收集整理宁波市2006—2010年监测区女性乳腺癌发病和死亡报告资料，统计分析各年份粗发病、死亡率和标化发病、死亡率，分析各年龄组发病、死亡率等。结果：2006—2010年宁波市监测区女性乳腺癌粗发病率为34．76／10万，中国人口标化率为19．24／10万，世界人口标化率为22．05／10万；粗死亡率为7．52／10万，中国人口标化率为4．02／10万，世界人口标化率为4．66／10万。2006—2010年女性乳腺癌发病率呈上升趋势（P〈O．05），死亡率未呈上升趋势（P〉O．05）。发病、死亡率均随年龄呈上升趋势，发病率在50～54岁和80～84岁组呈双峰。结论：宁波市女性乳腺癌发病、死亡率在国内处于中上水平，发病率在近年呈快速上升趋势，乳腺癌对宁波市女性居民生命和健康造成严重威胁，应在女性居民中倡导健康生活方式，并做好重点人群的早诊早治工作。

Incidence and mortality trend of female breast cancer in Ningbo from 2006 to 2010

Objective To analyze the breast cancer incidence,mortality and its trend among female residents in Ning- bo,and to provide scientific evidence for specific strategies for the prevention and control of breast cancer. Methods By collecting incident case and death reports of female breast cancer among residents in the monitoring area in Ningbo from 2002 to 2010,the crude and age standardized morbidity and mortality of the disease by year were statistically analyzed. The morbidity and mortality by age were also analyzed. Age--standardized rates were computed according to China age structure of 1990 （CASR） ,and world age structure of 1985（WASR）. ResultsThe crude incidence of female breast canc- er during this period was 34. 76/105 （CASR 19.24/105, WASR 22.05/105）, and the crude mortality was 7. 52/105 （CASR 4.02/105,WASR 4.65/105）. The incidence of female breast cancer increased from 2006 to 2010（P〈I0.05）, but the mortality did not appear to be increased during this period（P~0.05）. The incidence and mortality of female breast cancer increased with the increase of age, and the incidence peaked at 50 ~ 54 and 80 ~ 84 age groups. Conclu- sionsThe result indicated that the incidence and mortality of female breast cancer of Ningbo were at a moderate level compared with national level and the incidence rate rose rapidly in recent years. Breast cancer created a serious threat to the life and health of female residents in Ningbo. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of female breast cancer and healthy lifestyles should be promoted in the female residents.
