| 摘 要： | 文章从新型农村合作医疗制度的缘起入手,提出该制度具有非典型性社会保险的性质,并对其社会性、保险性以及自愿性进行分别论述,以期对我国未来的新型农村合作医疗制度立法稍有助益。

| Abstract: | studying from the new rural cooperative medical system,this article proposes that this system in fact is the non-typical social security.Based on this,the article argues its sociality,insurance and voluntaries,so that it will be helpful to the legislation of the new rural cooperative medical system in the future. |
