| 摘 要： | 建立适宜于西部民族地区农村新型公共卫生服务体系．对保障西部民族地区人民群众身体健康，为建设边疆民族地区社会主义新农村。文章在分析目前存在问题的基础上，提出的包括“六个体系”和“两个机制”的农村新型公共卫生服务体系，是一个适应西部民族地区农村且有效、可行的公共卫生服务系统。

| Abstract: | In order to build new rural communities of socialism in border areas,it is necessary to establish a new public health service system in ethnic minority areas so as to enhance the health security for ethnic groups. Based on the analysis of current problems,this paper puts forward a new public health service system which includes six subsystems and two mechanisms. The system is a suitable,effective,and practical public health service system in ethnic minority areas of Western China. |
