| 摘 要： | 目的：通过分析乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员高血压和糖尿病防治知识得分情况，为农村地区慢病防治队伍建设提供依据。方法：问卷定量调查。结果：乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员慢病防治能力较差,高血压部分平均得分40．9分，糖尿病部分平均得分33．1分。建议：政府应该重视农村地区慢病防治队伍建设，采取多种形式．切实提高农村卫生人员的慢病防治能力。 |

| Abstract: | Objective By analyzing the scores of the basic knowledge of hypertension and diabetes prevention and control for health staff at township health center,to provide the basis for the building of the contingent on NCD prevention and control in rural areas;Method Quantitative questionnaire survey methodology;Result The ability of NCD prevention and control for health staff at township health center is poor.The average score of hypertension knowledge test was 40.9,and the average score of diabetes knowledge test was 33.1;Suggestion Government should attach importance on the building of the contingent of NCD prevention and control in rural areas, and adopt a variety of forms to improve the ability of NCD prevention and control for health staff in rural area effectively. |
