2008年衢州市柯城区居民恶性肿瘤发病与死亡分析

目的：探讨2008年衢州市柯城区新发恶性肿瘤发病和死亡特征，为该区恶性肿瘤防治工作提供科学依据。方法：对2008年该区居民恶性肿瘤发病与死亡资料进行描述性流行病学分析，分析指标有发病率、死亡率、发病年龄和死亡年龄等。结果：2008年柯城区恶性肿瘤发病率232．77／10万，死亡率160．79／10万，男性发病率、死亡率均高于女性。男性以肺癌和消化系统肿瘤为主，女性以乳癌、肺癌和消化系统肿瘤为主。男女性年龄别发病率和死亡率均随着年龄增长而升高，30岁以后发病率开始上升，40岁以后死亡率开始上升。结论：柯城区居民恶性肿瘤发病和死亡处在浙江省平均水平，其中肺癌、乳癌和消化系统肿瘤是威胁该区居民生命和健康的主要肿瘤。

Morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors in Kecheng district of Quzhou city in 2008
