| Abstract: | The "shortcoming" and "bottleneck" problems were analyzed affecting the fast development of hospital with the study of the basic situations indoor and outdoor.By means of scientific development view,the countermeasures were proposed successfully as adjusting the concept of development,creating a new model of development,emphasizing the development of quality,and accelerating the pace of development. |
