| 摘 要： | “十五”以来,济南军区相继承担了军队医疗保障制度改革和大联勤改革两项重大改革试点任务。文章从组织实施改革试点的实际出发,阐述了依靠转变观念、改革创新和求真务实的精神,加强卫勤保障能力建设,提高为部队服务保障水平的做法和体会。

| Abstract: | Jinan military area command has carried two significant experimental reform tasks,including military medical insurance system and integrated joint logistics since 2000.The author explained the main measures and experience to enhance the medical service level for the army from own practice of implementing the reform.The main measures could be summarized as transforming idea,promoting innovation and pragmatism,and strengthening the capability of military medical support. |
