医院要实现可持续发展．必须树立和落实科学的医院发展观。医院科学的发展观必须体现以人为本的理念,要以病人为中心,以员工满意为工作的出发点和归宿。医教研全面发展、协调发展,必须体现“三个代表’’的重要思想．可持续发展,则必须走出内涵建设,创新运转之路．这样才能实现永续创新、高效低耗的发展目标。要实现医院的可持续发展,则必须构建医院的核心竞争力,对军队教学医院而言,就是要建设重点学科,培养创新人才队伍,强化科技创新能力,树立临床治疗品牌不断强化经营观念。只有走内涵建设和经营管理创新之路,才能增强医院核心竞争力．医院才能可持续发展。
