摘    要:职能科室在综合医院中具有重要的组织作用,因此,对职能科室工作的有效考核,是现代医院管理的重要环节之一。本文提出的立体评价体系兼顾医院的科层制管理,又满足了评价体系对于医务人员绩效考核的实用性。通过相关科室的近两年试用,该评价体系能够成功反映医务人员的基本工作状况,有效促进了现代医院的管理和发展。

Abstract:Functional Departments have key organizational roles in comprehensive hospital. Effective assessment of functional department becomes an important link of modern hospital management. The article proposed a multi - dimensional evaluation system for assessment, which worked in accordance with the existing bureaucratic structure of hospitals, and satisfied the practical necessity to evaluate personnel performance. The applications of recent two years showed positive feedbacks. The system could reflect successfully the working conditions of the medical staff, and promote the development of modern hospital management.
