摘    要:人性化服务是医院应对激烈的医疗市场竞争,实现以病人为中心的医疗模式转变,提升竞争力的有效手段.本文从人性化服务的背景、重点及效果进行论述,认为加强人性化服务有利于医院的发展.

Abstract:Personal service is an available mean to improve competent ability to face the medical market competition,and realize the transformation of the medical model.The author discussed the background,emphases and results of the personal service,and concluded that personal service will promote the hospital development.
