军队医院承建社区卫生服务中心初探

社区卫生服务中心是城市医疗卫生服务体系的重要组成部分,是深化医疗卫生体制改革,提高疾病控制水平,保障群众身体健康,促进经济社会协调发展的重要环节.国家对社区卫生服务中心建设也给予了高度重视.对此,我们与当地卫生部门合作,拟在我院医疗东区建立社区卫生服务中心,通过承建方式、服务范围、人员配备、运行模式与经费管理等方面的探讨,研究建立军民共建社区卫生服务工作新模式和运行机制.

Study on Constructing Community Health Service Center by A Military Hospital

The community health service center is the essential part of the urban medical delivery system,as well as the fatal step to deepen the reform on Chinese medical and health system,which can improve the level of disease control,guarantee people's healthy condition and promote a harmoniously economic and social development.China has paid great attention to the construction of community health service centers.Thus,we have cooperated with the local health administrative organs,and prepared to build a community health service center in the east medical area of our hospital,with which we can study this new service mode and operating system.
