| 摘 要： | 现代大型综合性医院纷纷组建学科群,以创造更高的临床和科研效益。学科群建设评价指标体系对现代医院发展有着重要的现实意义。本文从学科群建设国内外研究现状着手,分析学科群建设评价指标设置原则、指标功能及适用范围,采用头脑风暴法、德尔菲法、层次分析法等研究方法,对学科群建设评价指标体系构建进行研究,为医院管理者提供学科群建设发展评价依据。
