公立医院高层管理者薪酬激励制度现状分析和对策

摘    要:公立医院高层管理者是公立医院改革的重点,目前高层管理者薪酬激励制度存在约束有余、激励不足,激励结构和强度均不合理等问题。本文采用委托—代理理论分析改变现状的动因,提出以年薪制作为激励方式。

Abstract:High-lever governor is the emphasis of public hospital reformation,so we should establish a set of effective prompting and obligation system.At present,this system presents such problems as it restricts governor strictly but the degree of prompting is low,the structure and intensity of prompting is unreasonable and so on.The paper analyses the causes of changing such status with the theory of entrust-surrogate and proposes the countermeasure of establishing year salary system as the prompting system.
