| 摘 要： | 目的了解部队官兵对战伤自救互救技术的知晓情况，为部队开展自救互救技术培训提供政策性建议。方法采用抽样调查的方法对某部队149名官兵进行战伤自救互救技术的问卷调查。结果调查对象均为男性，高中及以上文化程度占75．2％，止血、包扎、通气、固定、搬运的答题正确率分别为56％、69％、74％、53％、63％，答题正确率不高。结论部队官兵能够基本了解战救自救的技术要点，但掌握程度不深，掌握面不够，必须加强官兵战伤自救互救培训的力度和质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the awareness situation on self and mutual skill of officers and men, to provide suggestions for the training in primary army. Methods Questionnaires survey was used to investigate the self and mutual skill knowledge of 149 officers and men sampled from certain army. Results The respondents were all men. 75.2% of the population had high school education degree or above. The correct overall of hemostasis, wrapping up, ventilation, fixation, the wounded transportation was respectively 56%, 69%, 74%, 53 %, 63 %. Conclusions The officers and men in primary army had basic understanding on self and mutual medical skills, but the mastery degree was not enough. The training intensity and oualitv should be stressed_ |
