Winning Strategy of Connotation Construction in Military Central Hospital

In this article, based on years of practice and experience, the author put forward viewpoints on connotation strategy and its meaning. The author analyzed the necessity of actualizing winning strategy of connotation construction, gave three key points in construction as building team of talents, developing advantage subjects, enhancing management and running mechanism reform in hospital. Problems should be paid more attention to in actualizing strategy, such as fostering introduced talents and improving mass quality, construction of key subjects and general subjects, developing advanced technology and basic tech level of diagnosis and treatment.
