| 摘 要： | 对研究型医院基础医学研究的优势、劣势以及面临的发展机遇和挑战进行了分析,提出研究型医院基础医学研究必须立足于自我发展,同时加强合作;必须源于临床同时瞄准健康服务,并发挥引领职能作用。提出加强基础医学研究管理必须打造研究型团队,构建研究型学科,加大经费投入,完善系列管理机制对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the strength,weakness,opportunity and challenge of basic medical research in research-type hospital,the author put forward that the basic medical research should be firstly established in self-development,secondly should strengthen cooperation;thirdly should be originated from clinic and aim to health service;and lastly should give full scope to guide clinical medicine.Then,the author pointed out that hospital should strengthen basic medical research from the following aspects: building the research-type work team,establishing research-type subjects,increasing funds input and perfecting management mechanism countermeasure. |
