摘    要:目的:探索医护合作管理病房陪护的新模式。方法采用回顾性研究,比较实施医护合作模式管理陪护前后病房陪护率、医院感染率、患者满意度及医务人员满意度。结果实施医护合作模式后,病房陪护得到有效管理,与实施前相比,病房陪护率从97.78%降低至66.67%(P<0.01),患者满意度从90.00%提高至99.56%(P<0.05),医务人员满意度从82.22%提高至95.56%(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义;医院感染率从9.56%降低至4.22%,P>0.05,无统计学差异。结论医护合作模式管理病房陪护可有效降低陪护率,提高患者和医护务员满意度;对医院感染率的控制可能有一定效果。

Abstract:Objective To discuss a new ward management of accompany nursing with doctor -nurse coop-erating mode .Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out of accompany nursing rate , nosocomial infection rate, patients'satisfaction degree and medical staffs'satisfaction degree before and after the implementation of this management mode .Results The ward management was of higher efficiency after the implementation of the new mode.Accompany nursing rate decreased from 97.78%to 66.67%(P〈0.01).Patients'satisfaction degree in-creased from 90.00% to 99.56% (P 〈0.05).Medical staffs'satisfaction degree increased from 82.22% to 95 .56%( P〈0 .05 ) .These differences were of statistical significance .Conclusion This new management node was proved to be effective on reducing accompany nursing rate , as well as improving patients'and medical staffs'satisfaction degree .It also may of some effects on the nosocomial infection rate control .
