| 摘 要： | 为了提高门诊预约挂号的预约率,建立分时段预约挂号系统。通过对预约现状的分析总结,采取分时段预约系统软件开发、加大宣传和增加预约号源等对策,提高了预约人次,缩短患者等候时间,合理利用医疗资源。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the outpatient appointment register rate, the appointment time register sys- tem was established. Based on the analysis of the present situation and the summary of appointment, the author pro- posed to develop appointment time register systems software, enhance the propagandizing and increase the reserva- tion number of register source and so on, to improve the appointment effect, shorten the patient waiting time, and make use of medical resources rationally. |
