| 摘 要： | 欧美各军事大国早已开始依托国民教育的资源和优势为军队培养优秀医学人才,军民融合已经成为当今世界军事医学人才培养的趋势。本文以美军依托国民教育为军队培养医学人才的情况作为切入点,对我军依托国民教育培养医学人才的规模、结构、定位等方面进行思考,为完善我军医学人才培养的军民融合模式提出建议。

| Abstract: | The USA and military powers in the Europe have already trained their military medical professionals supported by national education training,and Civil-Military Integration has been tendency in the world nowadays.This article started with the military medical professionals training of the US army,and then made further thoughts and suggestions on how to improve Civil-Military Integration model of military medical professionals training for our army. |
