临床医学专业学位研究生教学培养模式的问题

摘    要:国家及军队加大研究生教育结构调整,大力发展专业学位研究生教育。本校自1998年开展该类型研究生教育以来,已培养出大批质量较高的临床应用型人才,但仍然存在若干问题。本文拟通过介绍长海医院神经外科的临床带教试点工作,探讨解决临床医学专业学位研究生培养中面临的困难和问题,探索推进“医教协同”的临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式改革。

Underlying Issues in the Clinical Professional Postgraduates Teaching and Education Mode
Abstract:In recent years, China and its military education departments have accelerated the adjustment of graduate education structure and the development of clinical professional education .Since the clinical professional education was launched in 1998 , Second Military Medical University has been training a large number of high -quality clinical doctors .However , there are still many underlying issues .By introducing the clinical teaching prac-tice conducted by the Department of Neurosurgery of Changhai Hospital , this paper aims to explore how to overcome the difficulties and problems in clinical professional postgraduate education and to promote the “medical education synergy” of clinical professional postgraduate education mode .
