| 摘 要： | 目的：综合评价医院临床科室医疗质量，为医院加强管理提供参考依据。方法选取10个具有代表性的医疗质量指标，采用因子分析法、TOPSIS法和RSR法评价医院2015年27个临床科室的医疗质量。结果医疗质量较好的科室是妇产科、显微骨三科二组，较差的科室是血液病科和肿瘤一科。结论综合运用多种评价方法，可以充分利用原始数据信息，使评价结果更加客观、合理。

Comprehensive Evaluation of a Hospital’s Medical Quality in Clinical Departments |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the medical quality of a hospital ’s clinical departments , and provide reference for the hospital to strengthen its management .Methods 10 representative medical quality indicators were selected using factor analysis method .TOPSIS method and RSR method were adopted to evaluate medical quality of the hospital ’s 27 clinical departments in 2015 .Results The department of obstetrics and gynecology and the department of third microscopic orthopaedic demonstrated the highest medical quality while the least satisfying medical quality was found in the department of hematology and first oncology .Conclusion The integrated use of a variety of evaluation methods can make full use of original data ,and make the evaluation results more objective and reasonable . |
