国内外伤情编码现状与展望

伤情编码研究是信息化条件下卫勤保障的基础研究之一，对卫勤力量的合理使用、卫生设备的有效组织，以及药材资源筹措等都具有重要意义。随着精确化卫勤保障思想的提出和现代战争向信息化转变，尤其是数字编码技术和模拟仿真技术的发展，伤情编码研究的广度和深度得到扩展。通过介绍美军战伤编码、国际疾病代码和简明创伤评分等相关研究成果，分析国内六位数战伤编码、战伤五要素诊断编码和战伤诊断要素编码等研究进展，并针对伤情编码研究现状，综合比较分析伤情编码研究的优缺点，提出统一信息标准，扩大战伤概念，结合武器致伤因素开发模拟仿真软件等展望。

Current Situation and Prospect of the Wound Severity Coding in China and Abroad

Research on wound severity coding is a kind of basic research on medical support under the condition of informatization, which is significant to proper use of medical resources , effective allocation of health equipment and collection of medicinal resources .Along with the idea of precision medical support and the informa -tionized transition of modern war , especially the development of the digital coding technology and simulation tech -nology, the breadth and depth of research on wound severity coding has been further extended .By introducing re-lated research results abroad, such as wound severity coding of the U .S.Army, international classification of disea-ses and abbreviated would scale , and analyzing related research progress in China , including the six -digit wound coding, the five -element diagnostic coding and wound element diagnostic coding , this paper analyzes the advanta-ges and disadvantages of all the research through comprehensive comparison , and proposes to establish a unified in-formation standard, extend the concept of war wound , and develop simulation software based on elements of weapon-caused would.
