| 摘 要： | 为进一步拓展和深化远程医学应用工作．“十五”期间我军借鉴并依托“九五”期间军队远程医疗网络建设的经验和基础．采用卫星通信等多项技术构筑远程医学网络综合应用平台。根据总部质量建网的要求，在网络平台总体设计、远程医学业务运行模式、专业技术培训、专业机构设置与管理等方面进行了大量研究．通过近4年的建设与应用。军队远程医学网络发挥出了巨大的作用，产生出显著的军事、社会与经济效益。

| Abstract: | To expand and deepen the telemedicine application work, based on experiences of the PLA telemedicine network's construction in the Ninth Five-year plan period, an integrated application platform was constructed with several advanced technologies such as satellite communication during the Tenth Five-year plan period. According to the Headquarters' request of constructing a quality network, lots of research work had been conducted on the overall design of network platform, operation mode, training, institution setting, and related regulations. In recent 4 years, PLA telemedicine network has shown great effects and produced significant benefit in military, social and economical aspects. |
