综合心理干预对野战医疗队非现役文职人员心理健康的影响

目的：探讨采用心理卫生教育、心理咨询和心理行为训练相结合的综合心理干预，对野战医疗队中非现役文职人员心理健康的影响。方法：对某院26名文职人员给予综合心理干预，前后采用症状自评量表（SCL-90），焦虑自评量表（SAS），抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行心理健康的评估。结果：干预后SCL-90总分、躯体化、抑郁、强迫、焦虑等因子，以及SAS总分和SDS总分均显著低于干预前（P〈0．05）。结论：综合心理干预有助于提高文职人员的心理健康水平，降低其对军事应激的心理反应。

Effects of Comprehensive Psychological Intervention on Mental Health of Personnel Employed by Military Units in Field Medical Corps

Objective： To explore the effects of the comprehensive psychological intervention on mental health of personnel employed by military units in field medical corps. Methods： 26 personnel employed by military units were selected as the subjects, comprehensive psychological intervention were performed, and then the metal health of whom were assessed with Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL - 90 ）, Self - Rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS）, Self - Rating Depression Scale （SDS）. Results： After the comprehensive psychological intervention, the total scores of SCL - 90, SAS, SDS and the factors of somatization, depression, obsession and anxiety in personnel were significantly lower than those of before （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The comprehensive psychological intervention can effectively improve the mental health of personnel and reduce the psychological reaction of the under military stress.
