| 摘 要： | 西藏军区总医院以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导,以全面建设高原一流医院为目标,按照“思想领先、质量建院、科技兴院”的工作思路,牢固树立扎根西藏边防,艰苦不怕吃苦,缺氧不缺精神,勇于无私奉献的“首位”意识,在提高医护质量、增加医疗设备、吸引和使用人才和推进信息化建设方面狠下功夫,科学谋打赢,以扎实为官兵和驻地群众服务为落脚点,大力加强全面建设,努力建设和谐医院。医院的技术水平、科研实力和遂行各种任务的本领不断增强,呈现出又好又快发展的良好势头。

| Abstract: | Guided by scientific development view,aiming at constructing first-class tableland hospital,the hospital showed a good development tendency following the ideas of "leading in thought,constructing hospital with high quality and developing hospital with advanced technology".In practice,the spirit of consecration was established as guidance,then the hospital tried its best to improve overall development. |
