National medical licensure examination is characterized by the following points,which includes the stress on three basis,the combination of theory and practice,emphasis on the comprehensive application of medical knowledge,much attention to clinical practice capability,effective and standardized test.In response to the test,the author put forward some suggestions.Firstly,to accurately seize the guidance of test to avoid examination-oriented education.Secondly,to face difficulties and problems directly to deeply promote training reform.Thirdly,to actively join the organization of the test to promote the healthy development of the test.
