突发公共卫生事件应急医学科研机制研究

本文针对我国突发公共卫生事件逐渐增多的形势和我军遂行多样化军事任务的新要求,提出应根据应急医学科研时效性、针对性、实用性、探索性等主要特点,抓住病原学与流行病学、防治策略和实物性成果研究等基本任务,按照需求牵引、突出重点、攻关协作、科学决策等基本原则,组织开展应急医学科研活动,提高我军处置突发公共卫生事件能力。

Emergency Medical Scientific Research Issues in Sudden Public Health Accident

Facing to the new situation of more and more sudden public health accidents in China and new requirements of fulfilling diversified military missions,we should organize the medical scientific emergency research on the basis of the main characteristics of timeliness,pertinence,practicability and exploration,seizing the fundamental assignments of pathology and epidemiology research,preventive and therapeutic measures research and practical results research,according to the basic principles of demand-promoting,emphases-prioritizing,research-cooperating and scientific decision-making,promoting the capabilities of dealing with public health emergencies of the army.
