| Abstract: | Construction of medical ethics in outpatient services has become the focus of hospital outpatient department management.The article introduced several methods and experiences on improving medical ethics in outpatient services,which mainly included the following four aspects：morality and ethics education,normalization of occupational behaviors of medical workers,construction of humanistic service system,built-up of surveillance organization on morality and ethics. |
