Abstract:Based on military hospital, researchers described current situation and existing problems of incentive mechanism for human resource management of engagement personnel in their hospital, and analyzed the reasons of that. Then, some strategies and tactics to improve the current incentive mechanism were promoted. At last, impor-tance of incentive mechanism in human resource management of engagement personnel is explored according to implementation practice.
