数字化医院建设思路与实践

按照国内外信息建设的最新理念,以实际需求为牵引,不断推进医院数字化建设,建立比较完整的数字化医院体系。其中软件体系由4个层次、10个主要的软件系统组成：由“军字一号”信息系统(CIS)、“军字一号”配套系列软件和门诊医生工作站系统组成数字化基础信息层次,由检验联网系统(LIS)和影像联网系统(PACS)组成数字化辅助信息层次,由健康一卡通系统、医院内外网站体系组成数字化服务层次,由网络质量控制系统、综合管理查询系统和办公自动化系统(OA)组成数字化管理层次。体系功能覆盖全面,应用深入广泛,为我国数字化医院的建设模式探索了道路。

Idea and Practice of Building up Digital Hospital

According to the latest ideas of domestic and international informationization practice, and being draught by the actual demand, Southwest hospital of the Third Military Medical University had been promoting the digital construction constantly, and built in a full digital hospital system. The full digital hospital comprised the software system and hardware system, and the former is made up of 4 levels, 10 main software: the "Military Project 1" information system(CIS) and its auxiliary software, and outpatient doctor's work station formed the basic information level; laboratory information system(LIS), picture archiving and communication system ( PACS) formed the assistant information level; the one-card pass system, the internal and external Web site of the hospital formed the service information level; the network quality control system, synthetic acquirement system, and official automation system( OA) formed the management information level. The digital system was both full-functional and used deeply. Implementation of the digital hospital had improved the medical quality, working efficiency and management level, and explored a road for the construction mode of digital hospital in China.
